Whether you are ordering for a sports club, school, team, business or organisation, Matt or Andrew will guide you through the full process and help bring your ideas to life.

1. Get In Touch

Your journey starts with a message, email or phone call.

Tell us what you are looking for, whether that is on-field kit, off-field leisurewear, training gear, club merchandise or a full team shop. We will talk through your ideas, colours, logos, sponsors and anything else you would like included.

2. Design Your Kit

Once we understand what you need, we will help create your bespoke design.

Every K2O order can be completely unique to your team or club. You are not limited to standard templates or basic options. We work with you to create kit that looks professional, feels personal and represents your identity properly.

3. Size Up Your Team

Once your design is agreed, we can provide samples so your team can check sizing and find the right fit.

This helps make sure everyone is comfortable before the final order is placed.

4. Place Your Final Order

After sizing is confirmed, you send us your final order and we take care of the rest.

From production to personalisation, we will keep things moving and make the process as smooth as possible.

5. Receive Your Bespoke Kit

Your personalised order will usually arrive in approximately 4 weeks.

Need something quicker? Emergency orders may be available in less than a week, depending on the product and requirements.
